Dallas & Jane
Dinner will be served between 5 and 9 p.m. New Year’s Eve at Dallas & Jane, 352 W. Northfield Blvd. in Murfreesboro. Price is $60 per person and includes a complimentary champagne and a selection of one item from each category: small plate, entree and dessert.
Items on the New Year’s Eve menu include lamb rack, seared scallops with Hoppin’ John and chicken confit with lentils, among other creations.
There will also be a New Year’s Day brunch from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., featuring a bloody mary and mimosa bar.

Black Light New Year’s Eve Party kicks off at 7 p.m. Jan. 31 at Mayday Brewery, 521 Old Salem Road in Murfreesboro. Ring in the new year in glowing fashion. Tickets for the 21 and older event are $20 in advance and $30 at the door. The price includes a champagne toast at midnight and a free pint of one of Mayday’s brews. Jake Leg Stompers
Ring in the New Year with Jake Leg Stompers at Puckett’s Grocery, 114 N. Church St. in Murfreesboro. Dinner will start at 8:30 p.m. and the music begins at 10 o’clock. Tickets are $45 per person. Celebrate New Year’s Eve, Greenland time, at the Green Dragon Pub and Brewery, 714F W. Main St. in Murfreesboro. Ring in 2019 at 9 p.m. central time — which is midnight in Greenland. There will be live music from The Good Dogs starting at 7 p.m. No reservations are necessary.
Ring in the new year at Jack Brown’s Beer and Burger Joint, 113 N. Maple St. in Murfreesboro. The party starts at 9 p.m. New Year’s Eve and goes until 2 a.m. New Year’s Day. There will be a complimentary champagne toast at midnight, party favors, a special burger on the menu and specialty drafts. No reservations are necessary.
Get your ticket for The Goat’s New Year’s Eve celebration, which kicks off at 7 p.m. at the restaurant, 2355 Adwell St. in Murfreesboro. The $50 ticket price includes a special menu, reserved seating, one drink of choice and a champagne toast at midnight. Reservations are a must and can be made at eventbrite.com.
JFB Rockin’ New Year’s
Hank’s Honky Tonk, 2341 Memorial Blvd. in Murfreesboro, will host the Jack Finley Band on New Year’s Eve. Festivities start at 7 p.m. Admission is free.
Bar Louie, 2615 Medical Center Parkway at The Avenue Murfreesboro, presents the Black and White Masquerade on New Year’s Eve. The event is a nod to Truman Capote’s Grand Masked Ball, hosted in New York in 1966.
Formal attire is not required, but masquerade masks are encouraged.
